Core positioning: Designed specifically for high-temperature environments, suitable for automobiles and other electronic devices that require high temperature and stability

Key features:

Support reflow soldering process, surface mount installation

The maximum working temperature is 125 ℃, with a working temperature range of * * -40 ℃~125 ℃**

Solvent resistance characteristics: Supported by 10-50V models, not supported by 63-450V models (please refer to the cleaning guide)

There are two types of pin configurations: VC type (2 SMD terminals) and VD type (4 SMD terminals, including 2 dummy terminals)

2. Identification and PCB design

Identification method: divided into two styles A and B, both labeled with capacity and rated voltage (style B is applicable to all 12.5mm outer diameter VC products)

PCB pads: Provide dedicated pad sizes for VC type (6.3-12.5mm outer diameter) and VD type (16/18mm outer diameter), specifying maximum clearance and other requirements

Part Number Rules (Essential for Ordering)

Number format: MVH 10 VC 221 M H10 TP. The meanings of each section are as follows:

MVH: Series Name (Basic Capacitor Design Identification)

10: Rated DC voltage (in VDC, such as 10=10VDC)

VC: Pin configuration (VC=2 SMD terminals; VD=4 SMD terminals, including 2 dummy ones)

221: Capacity value (unit: μ F)

Three digit number: The number of significant digits in the first two digits and zero in the third digit (e.g. 221=220 μ F, 222=2200 μ F)

Containing R: R as the decimal point (e.g. R22=0.22 μ F, 2R2=2.2 μ F)

M: Capacity tolerance (M=± 20%)

H10: Shell code (corresponding to the above shell size table)

TP: Packaging method (TP=standard tape, suitable for F60-K16; TR=plastic tray, suitable for L17-M22, K14-K16 optional)
