Product positioning: An integrated system of independent mechanical protection and predictive monitoring, designed specifically for critical rotating equipment in factories. It meets the safety protection requirements of API 670 standard and achieves fault early warning through embedded diagnostic functions to avoid unplanned downtime.

(1) Protection function

Monitoring parameters: covering over 100 measurement types such as shaft vibration (displacement/velocity/acceleration), position (distance/rod clearance/rod drop/eccentricity), speed/key phase, pressure, temperature, etc;

Safety design:

Adopting 2oo3 voting logic to improve decision-making accuracy and reduce false tripping;

Module self health check, instrument health monitoring, external redundant power supply (hot swappable) to avoid leakage tripping;

Dual channel module design, replacing the module only affects 2 channels, in compliance with API 670 requirements;

Redundant communication design ensures that operators have real-time access to the health status of the equipment.

PeakVue ™ Technology focuses on impact signals, identifies rolling bearing and gearbox faults in advance, and captures potential cracks in turbomachinery in real time

Advanced prediction (optional) After activating the prediction license, high-resolution waveform/spectrum analysis and transient recording can be achieved through AMS Machine Works software, supporting multiple professional spectra (orbit map, Bode map, etc.)

Transient recording with a maximum sampling rate of 96kHz and a maximum recording time of 320s (1172Hz), supports event/timing/manual triggering
