Product Core Positioning and Basic Design
Both devices are UniOP entry-level compact industrial HMI devices, integrating 9 function keys/numeric keyboards, suitable for entry-level human-machine interaction needs in industrial sites;
Core design highlights: 16 user programmable function keys (with slide in legend), 16 user LED indicator lights, front panel protection level up to IP65, supporting optional industrial bus/Ethernet modules, providing two versions of standard working temperature and extended working temperature.
Display core specifications
The two devices are divided into two display types: vacuum fluorescent screen (VFD) and monochrome LCD. The core parameters are differentiated in configuration, and the LCD screen is equipped with long-life LED backlight. The specific specifications are shown in the table below:

Equipped with hardware RTC (real-time clock), powered by CR2430 lithium battery, with a battery parameter of 3V 270mA, non rechargeable, user replaceable, and must match the operating temperature of the device when replacing;
No screensaver function.

Supply voltage: 18-30 VDC, rated current consumption of 0.3 A at 24VDC;
Fuse: 2A T-shaped fuse, providing overcurrent protection for equipment;

Standard PC/printer port+PLC port: supports RS-232, RS-485, RS-422, 20mA current loop communication;
Auxiliary port: Optional module is required to achieve fieldbus (Profibus DP, CANopen, etc.) and Ethernet connection;

Core functional characteristics
All functions are implemented based on UniOP Designer 6 software, which combines entry-level practicality and industrial level functionality. The key functions are as follows:

16KB recipe storage, recipe data can be transmitted to the host through Ethernet connection for data synchronization;
Supports multilingual application development, with the number of languages limited by memory at runtime. All text information can be exported in Unicode format, simplifying the translation process.
Security and alarm management
Equipped with an 8-level password protection mechanism to prevent unauthorized personnel from operating critical functions;
Support 1024 alarm monitoring channels and retain a list of 256 historical events;
Alarm/event information can be printed through a serial printer or transmitted to the host via Ethernet for data retention.
Network and Custom Features
Equipped with an Ethernet based UniNet network, it supports data sharing between UniOP HMIs and can provide data services externally through UniNet OPC Server;
Equipped with a powerful macro editor, customizable operation logic can be configured;
Supports serial port report printing, and the report format can be freely configured through Designer 6.
Environmental adaptation and industrial certification
Protection level: IP65 protection for the front panel, dustproof and waterproof, suitable for complex industrial environments;
Temperature and humidity adaptation: divided into standard version (-0045) and wide temperature version (-00A8). The wide temperature version has special operating restrictions, and specific parameters are shown in the table below:
