HONEYWELL Expert Series-C I/O Module

The Honeywell Expert Series-C I/O module is an industrial grade input/output product that is compatible with C300 controllers (supporting Expert R300 and above versions). Its core includes 20 modules in five major categories: analog (with/without HART), digital, pulse, temperature (TC/RTD), and general I/O (such as CC-PAIH01, CC-PIL01, CC-PPIX01, etc.). It features modular design, thermal management optimization, redundant configuration (some models), electronic short circuit protection, and covers 8-64 channels. It supports Class 1 Div 2 non intrusive explosion-proof rating. The IOTA base size is divided into 6/9/12/18 inches, and the working temperature range is -40 ° C to+70 ° C. Widely used in process industry for process signal acquisition and control, balancing reliability and ease of installation and maintenance.

An industrial grade input/output module designed specifically for process industries, compatible with Honeywell C300 controllers (supported from the Expert R300 version), used to collect on-site sensor signals (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) and output control commands. It is a key component of the Expert PKS system.

Installation requirements

Power supply: IOTA provides power to IOM and field devices through a 24VDC bus;

Wiring specification: Separate wiring for analog/digital/power lines, single point grounding for shielding layer.

redundant configuration

Supported models: Most AI/AO/DI/DO modules support redundancy and need to be paired with corresponding redundant IOTA (such as CC-TAIX11 for CC-PAIH01 redundant IOTA);

Switching performance: Redundant switching gap ≤ 10ms (AO module), no obvious signal interruption.
