​Product Overview

The KeConnect C5 series is a modular I/O system launched by KEBA for industrial automation scenarios, with the core advantages of “compact design+high-speed bus+multifunctional integration”. It meets the signal acquisition, control output, and communication needs of different scenarios through standardized module combinations. The module adopts a uniform mechanical size (height 106mm/depth 82.5mm), with only a width of 13.8mm (slim version) and 26.5mm (wide version), which can significantly save control cabinet space; Based on EtherCAT bus, high-speed data transmission is achieved with a cycle time as low as 62.5 µ s, combined with Fast Reaction Control technology to ensure control performance; Support automatic address allocation, sensor power integration, short circuit/overload/disconnection diagnosis and other functions, simplify installation and debugging processes, and improve equipment availability.

The product is compatible with KEBA’s own KeControl C5 controller and can also be connected to third-party control systems through a bus coupler (with ESI files provided), suitable for applications in various fields such as injection molding machines, robots, presses, and machine tools. It has passed CE (2014/30/EU, 2011/65/EU), UL 61010-1/201, UKCA, KC, and other certifications, meeting global industrial compliance requirements.
