Basic brand and general parameters

Brand: Elmex, founded in 1963, with products certified by CE and ROHS

Universal installation: The vast majority of products are installed on 17.5mm TS 35 DIN rails, only ELMU-U and VT are installed on 35mm/70mm wide rails;

General protection: enclosure protection level IP40, terminal protection level IP20;

General material: The mainstream is polycarbonate, and the ELMU-U and VT shells are ABS UL-94 V0;

General features: All are equipped with sealed front covers (tamper proof), multimeter probe measurement interfaces, and LED status indicators;

Mainstream output: The rated value of the contacts is mostly 5A @ 240V AC/28V DC (resistive), with an accuracy of * * ± 5% of the set value on full scale * * (except for EM3PSR ± 3%, ICT ± 2.5%, VT ± 3%).

Timer series (core products, 9 major models, divided into 5 categories)

The timer is the core of the directory, covering five types: star delta, on delay, off delay, on delay/interval, and multifunctional. It is suitable for motor control and industrial schedule control. The working temperature is -10~55 ℃, storage is -20~70 ℃, humidity is 95% RH (no condensation), and the main power supply is 240V AC/24V AC-DC (other voltages can be customized). The power consumption is mostly 8VA (max), and the multifunctional timer is 12VA (max). The key parameters of each type are shown in the following table:

Protection Relay Series (2 models, focusing on equipment safety protection)

Suitable for three-phase equipment protection and leakage current monitoring, the two products have significant differences in parameters, and the key information is as follows:

Phase sequence relay (EM3PSR)

Application: Protect three-phase three wire equipment, monitor phase sequence, phase asymmetry, phase faults, and automatically reset faults;

Power supply: 154-500V AC (L-L), 50/60Hz, power 20VA (max);

Key parameters: phase fault tripping voltage<154V AC, phase asymmetry 35V, response time PS/PA<200ms, PF<2s;

Output: 1 SPDT channel, 5A@240V  AC/28V DC， Green LED (relay on);

Environment: Working temperature range of 0-50 ℃, storage temperature range of -20~75 ℃, weight of 62g, 17.5mm rail installation.

Leakage Monitoring Unit (ELMU-U)

Application: Equipped with zero sequence current transformers to monitor the true effective value leakage current, suitable for leakage fault detection;

Power supply: 90-275V AC/DC (universal power supply), power<5VA, can monitor maximum 30A leakage current;

Key parameters: Trip level 80-90% IAn, reset to 85% trip level, delay 0-10s (10 levels optional);

Output: 1 SPDT, NO: 10A@277VAC /28VDC、NC: 5A@250VAC Support remote testing/reset;

Instructions: Green LED (power supply)+3-segment green LED bar chart (leakage current)+red LED (trip/health flashing);

Transmitter series (2 models, providing linear signals for PLC/SCADA)

Used to collect current/voltage signals and convert them into standard linear signals, with surge protection and electrical isolation characteristics. The key information is as follows:

Current transmitter (ICT)

Application: Collect CT secondary current and output 4-20mA DC linear signal to PLC/SCADA;

Power supply: 24V AC, power 4VA (max), input 0-5A (CT secondary), 50/60Hz;

Output: 4-20mA DC, accuracy ± 2.5%, current input and output are electrically isolated;

Instructions: Green LED (power/health), 17.5mm rail installation, gray shell, size 90X56.4X17.5mm;

Environment: Working at 0-50 ℃, storage at -20~75 ℃.

Voltage transmitter (VT)

Application: Collect PT secondary voltage, output multi specification linear signals to PLC/SCADA, voltage range needs to be selected in advance;

Power supply: 80-265V AC/DC (auxiliary power supply), power<4VA, input 110/220/240/415/500V AC;

Output: 1-5VDC, 4-20mA, 2-10VDC, 4-20mA (four sets of outputs), accuracy ± 3%, input and output electrically isolated;

Instructions: Red LED (power supply), 70mm rail/panel installation, light gray shell, size 58.4x70x91mm;

Features: Surge current protection, user selectable voltage range.
