Parker COMPAX-M/S Compact Servo Controler

1. Core positioning of the product

Parker COMPAX is an integrated compact servo controller that combines the position controller and servo power amplifier into a single device. It supports synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, and three-phase synchronous linear motors, achieving full closed-loop control of speed/torque/position, greatly simplifying wiring, reducing fault points, and suitable for distributed motion control.

COMPAX is divided into 5 series based on power and structure, covering 1.0kW to 35kW, and supporting 230V/400V/460V AC power supply.

3. Core control technology

Full digital DSP control: Control cycle of 100 μ s, fast dynamic response, high rigidity.

Automatic parameter tuning: Input motor, inertia, and reduction ratio to automatically calculate the optimal parameters.

Minimalist debugging: Only 2 independent optimization parameters (damping/rigidity) are required for the three closed loops.

No analog devices: no parameter drift, repeatable, and software customizable.

Program storage: Built in 250 motion commands for power-off hold.

4. Special software functional version

Based on the XX00 basic positioning version, four industry-specific firmware options are provided:

XX30 turntable control: angle division, 1000 equal parts/circle, supports external position monitoring.

XX50 synchronous cycle control: flying saw, cross cutting, dynamic synchronous processing, supporting mark following, alternative length/minimum length protection.

XX60 electronic gear: master-slave synchronization, adjustable proportion, supports stacking motion.

XX70 electronic cam: replaces mechanical cam with 2500 cam points, with a repeatability accuracy of * * ± 0.02 ° * *, and supports dynamic switching of multiple curves.

5. Communication and Interface

Serial port: RS232 (9600 baud).

Fieldbus: RS485, Interbus S, Profibus DP/FMS, CAN, CANopen, CS31.

Real time synchronization: HEDA bus, synchronization accuracy * * ± 2.5 μ s * *, up to 16 axis synchronization.

I/O: 16 inputs and 16 outputs (1000SL has 8 inputs and 8 outputs), 24V, 100mA.

Independent power supply: The S/L series is directly connected to the mains power.
