Key issues
Question 1: What are the three core differences between AH500 Basic and Advanced CPUs?
answer:
Execution speed: Advanced has 12K steps/ms, which is 4 times faster than Basic (3K steps/ms);
Program capacity: Advanced has a maximum of 384K steps, much larger than Basic’s 256K steps;
Tasks and Resources: Advanced has larger data registers, link registers, and richer interrupt resources.
Question 2: How many I/O and modules can AH500 expand at most? What installation and wiring requirements are supported?
answer:
Maximum expansion: 8-segment motherboard, 68 modules, 4352 digital I/O points;
Installation: DIN rail installation, supports module hot swapping;
Wiring: Separate strong electrical and signal lines, isolate analog/digital signals, and recommend using shielded cables.
Question 3: What axis control functions and communication methods does the AH500 motion control module support?
answer:
Axis number: Supports 2~12 axes, with a maximum pulse output of 1MHz;
Function: Return to origin, limit, compare output, line/arc interpolation;
Communication: Differential pulse, DMCNET bus, can be programmed and debugged through USB/Ethernet/SD card.
