Core safety precautions (mandatory)

1. Design Warning

Touch screen malfunction may result in output holding/abnormal action, and an external safety circuit must be installed.

It cannot be used as the only device for emergency shutdown/major alarm and requires independent hardware redundancy.

Backlight failure can cause touch failure, and the status needs to be determined through POWER LED.

Do not touch multiple points simultaneously (simulating a resistive screen) to avoid misoperation.

2. Install Warning

Disassembly/wiring must be completely powered off to prevent electric shock, damage, and misoperation.

Grounding resistance ≤ 100 Ω, FG/LG must be reliably grounded.

Strictly follow the tightening torque of screws:

Installation screw: 0.36-0.48 N · m

Power terminal: 0.5-0.8 N · m

3. Use CAUTION

Separate the communication line from the power line by ≥ 100mm to avoid interference.

Do not touch the screen with sharp objects.

Inserting or unplugging SD/USB requires waiting for the access light to turn off.

The battery is non rechargeable, disassembled, heated, short circuited, and put into fire.
