Product Overview

1. Series positioning

The C69xx is a product line of industrial PC with double control cabinet installation. The entire series adopts a 3.5-inch industrial motherboard and a compact aluminum alloy body, with rich hardware configuration and strong scalability, suitable for different levels of automation applications: from the entry-level model C6905 to the high-performance C6930; The C6920 is designed for mid-range high-performance scenarios and is equipped with Intel Core processors. It is suitable for complex automation projects such as machine tools and production lines and can be run with TwinCAT automation software.

2. Core design features

Structure and Installation

All aluminum alloy shell, with all interfaces concentrated on one side of the equipment; Standard installation board, supporting two screw fixing methods for the control cabinet rear wall and right side wall, suitable for standard cabinet layout.

cooling solution

The basic version uses fins for fanless heat dissipation, with a working temperature of up to 55 ℃; The high-end model is equipped with a detachable fan module at the bottom, which balances heat dissipation and maintenance convenience.

power supply architecture

Standard 24VDC industrial power supply, optional integrated UPS uninterruptible power supply, supports external DIN rail battery pack, ensuring reliable operation of the system after power failure.

Bus advantages

The onboard dual independent Gigabit Ethernet ports are the ideal central controller for EtherCAT control systems, compatible with the entire industrial control solution of Beifu, and can be used with Beifu control panels with DVI/USB interfaces.

Graphics card: The processor integrates a graphics card and does not require a separate graphics card.

Storage: Comes standard with 1 2.5-inch hard drive/SSD slot and 1 CFast card slot; Onboard SATA RAID 1 array, supporting data redundancy backup.

Expansion slot scheme

The body can be optionally equipped with an expansion backplane, adding 2 standard card insertion slots with a maximum card insertion length of 190 mm. The expansion area is located on the right side of the body, and there is an aluminum alloy cover plate in the front, which allows for easy insertion and removal of cards without opening the core cavity of the host, making maintenance convenient. Provide three types of backplate options:

The overall body of the extended model is widened by 70 mm and deepened by 18 mm, and the slots are powered by the internal power supply of the host.
