Basic Information

Product name: AOM-1 Analog Output Module, belonging to the DEIF Delomatic multifunctional system series

Product positioning: Delomatic rack mounted expansion module, providing multi-channel isolated analog output for the main control CM unit, used for driving standard 4-20mA/0-10V analog signals for diesel engine speed controllers, AVR voltage regulators, external instruments, frequency conversion equipment, etc

Core hardware architecture and output characteristics

1. Channel grouping isolation design

A total of 8 analog output channels;

The hardware is divided into two sets of electrical isolation channels, each with 4 channels, with 1kV electrical isolation between groups, meeting the withstand voltage standards of GL, LR, and DNV classification societies;

The same group of channels share a common potential terminal, while different groups are completely isolated.

2. Custom configuration of single channel hardware jumpers

PCB board jumper, each path can be independently set:

Output type: current/voltage;

Polarity: Unipolar/Bi polar;

The software can set the active zero point (offset) to achieve standard offset signals such as 4-20mA.

3. Fault safety mechanism

When the module power supply is lost or the system bus fails, all outputs are forced to zero (0mA/0V) to avoid equipment misoperation;

The voltage output channel supports long-term short-circuit protection and will not burn out the module.

4. Standard output range

Monopolar: 0… 20mA/0… 10V DC

Bipolar: -20… 0…+20mA/-10… 0…+10V DC
