This series is an industrial switch control acquisition board that integrates relay output (driving solenoid valves, indicator lights, contactors)+optocoupler isolated digital input (collecting sensor/switch signals); Supports four types of industrial control buses: standard PCI, low profile PCI, PCI Express, and 3U CompactPCI; PCI-7250 can cascade up to 3 PCI-7251 expansion cards, achieving channel doubling expansion. It is suitable for strong interference industrial scenarios such as production line IO monitoring, equipment interlocking, access control, automation testing, SCADA acquisition, etc.

4. General hardware characteristics

Each relay is equipped with an onboard LED, which lights up and turns off when turned on or off, and supports relay read back status;

DI all have non-polar optocoupler isolation, and onboard RC low-pass filtering is optional to suppress industrial peak interference;

Non latch electromagnetic relay with drive circuit;

Isolation withstand voltage DI side 5000VRMS, relay contact breakdown voltage 1000VRMS.
