Power consumption description: The configured power consumption is the sum of the maximum power consumption of each component, excluding the power consumption of external USB devices.

Core hardware platform

Processor: Intel Celeron J1900, board soldering is non replaceable; 4-core 4-thread, basic 2.00 GHz, burst 2.42 GHz, L2 cache 2MB.

Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics (688MHz), LVDS digital interface; The maximum shared video memory is 1720MB.

Memory: Single SODIMM DDR3-1600 slot; Optional 1GB, 2GB (default), 4GB, 8GB.

CFast SATA II bootable slot, externally accessible.

Power supply

Standard: 24V isolated DC power supply, input 18-32 VDC; Optional ATX mode power on/off button;

Optional built-in UPS uninterruptible power supply module (excluding battery kit); The UPS battery kit is a wall mounted external 12V lead-acid battery; 2500mAh， Charging at 25 ℃ for 3 hours, with a 5A load endurance of 15 minutes, and a nominal lifespan of 10 years.

Front panel protection: aluminum panel, front IP66 protection; The touch screen defaults to a 5-wire resistive screen and can be replaced with a regular glass panel.

Each screen is labeled with typical viewing angles for left, right, and up and down.

Interface and expansion options (only S0 version supports communication expansion, SL does not have expansion capability)

Note that the options marked with note 3 cannot be mixed and installed simultaneously.

1. Onboard standard interface

The S0 model is equipped with an additional ADD-ON I/F expansion slot, which supports the installation of communication options.

Operating system support

ASEM certification system: Win10 IoT Enterprise LTSC2019/2016、Win8.1 Industry Pro、Win7 Pro/Ultimate、Win7 Embedded Standard、Linux。   

The platform is compatible but ASEM is not certified: VxWorks, QNX, compatibility needs to be verified by oneself.   

Not supported: Windows XP/2000/98/NT, WinCE5/6.

Randomly include UBIQUITY BASIC Win32/64 runtime for remote assistance.

Environment, Certification, and Quality Assurance

Environmental conditions: working temperature from 0 ℃ to+50 ℃; Storage -20 ℃~+60 ℃; The maximum humidity is 80% without condensation.

Certification: CE (EMC, Safety Standards); CULus LISTED UL61010 (to be completed).

Warranty: Standard 12 months; It can be extended for a fee of 18/24/36 months.

Mechanical dimensions

Panel installation model, providing the overall appearance A × B, hole size C × D, border E, depth, and weight (weight tbd) corresponding to each screen;

The thickness of the SL version is 39mm; the thickness of the S0 version is 55mm;

Provide schematic diagrams of backplane interfaces for both SL and S0 versions, with S0 version featuring expansion I/F slots.

Important remarks

The touch screen can be replaced with a regular front glass;

The UPS module is only supported by Microsoft Windows system;

The communication extension options marked in Note 3 are mutually exclusive and cannot be assembled simultaneously.
