Core Series and Positioning

9036 series: open storage tank type

Used for open containers such as water tanks and sewage pits, with lever driven float switches.

Type D: Universal

Type G: Heavy duty type

Type FG: Special switch for base type sewage pump

9037 series: Closed storage tank type

Used for pressure sealed containers, condensate pumps, diesel daily tanks, flange/thread installation.

Type E: Flange Installation

Type H: Installation of liner (2.5 inches)

9038 series: mechanical rotator

Used for alternating operation of dual pumps, starting the pumps in sequence when the liquid level rises, and triggering an alarm for ultra-high liquid level.

Type A: Open storage tank

3. 9038 mechanical rotator (dual pump control)

Function:

When the liquid level reaches the first point, start pump 1;

The liquid level continues to rise → start pump 2;

Ultra high liquid level → alarm.

Floating ball and connecting rod calculation

The buoyancy must be greater than the total weight of the connecting rod and limit ring, and a compensating spring must be added to the long connecting rod.
