Installation and Wiring (Core Specification)
safety principle
The safety output must directly control the MPCE (Main Hazardous Moving Element) and must not pass through a regular PLC.
EDM/AVM mandatory recommendation
External Device Monitoring (EDM): Monitor whether the contactor/relay is stuck
Valve monitoring (AVM): monitoring clutch/valve group actions
Wiring taboos
Inductive loads must be equipped with surge absorbers (load side)
Do not cross connect the absorber on the safety output contact
Public 0V line resistance ≤ 10 Ω to prevent accidental locking of the machine
ISD chain connection
Up to 30 meters per chain, supports cascading, automatically identifies the number and sequence of devices.
