Two versions of hardware architecture

Package complete machine model: NEMA1 protective structure, built-in heat sink, quick plug terminal, fault indicator light;

OEM bare board version: L-shaped aluminum substrate without shell, users need to install heat dissipation substrate by themselves, and protective cover is optional.

Installation requirements: It must be installed vertically for natural heat dissipation. If the environment is too high/full load, forced air cooling is required. If the temperature of the radiator exceeds 50 ℃, it will be reduced in capacity and operation is prohibited if it exceeds 60 ℃.

Motor adaptation conditions

Suitable for star/delta three-phase high-voltage brushless motors, with an electrical time constant of motor winding ≥ 0.5mS; relying on 3-channel Hall/photoelectric position sensors to achieve commutation, with a selectable commutation angle of 60 °/120 ° electrical angle. Standard single quadrant closed-loop speed regulation (Hall feedback, speed accuracy ± 1%); The optional servo upgrade package can achieve four quadrant operation.

Control interface and functions

1. Given and switch control

Speed regulation setting: 0~± 10VDC analog or external PWM signal;

Direction: ± 10V level/short ground control for forward and reverse rotation; Shutdown and energy consumption braking are triggered by grounding;

All digital control ports are TTL level.

2. Standard features

There are two speed control modes: open-loop/Hall closed-loop, with adjustable acceleration and deceleration, and adjustable soft start;

Dual speed electronic gear switching, optional external current analog output (proportional to the actual current of the motor);

External PWM setting, dynamic energy consumption braking, and fault LED status indication.

Full range hardware protection configuration

Overvoltage/undervoltage shutdown lockout, heatsink over 50 ℃ overheat protection shutdown, hardware current limiting, locked rotor protection, MOV surge absorption, AC incoming fuse, power circuit electrical isolation.
