UMS universal signal conditioning complete solution, replacing traditional discrete isolation barriers, relays, and fuse terminal blocks, with standardized modular design, compatible with centralized/distributed SIS safety cabinet wiring, and compatible with Honeywell Series-C, universal IO, and safety IO IOM/IOTA modules.

Overall architecture advantages
1. Modular hot swappable single channel adaptation module, without the need for separate installation of isolation barriers, relays, and fuse terminals;

Overall classification of system hardware
The entire UMS is divided into three categories of hardware: * * 16 channel backplane base, single channel signal adaptation module, and SIC interconnect cable**
(1) Three 16 channel DIN rail backplates (base)
All sizes are unified: 199 (H) × 140 (W) × 135 (D) mm, supporting 16 single channel module slots, with three-level wiring terminals, knife switch disconnection, channel fuse, power indicator light, 37 pin SIC DB interface, working temperature range -40 ℃~+70 ℃
1. CC-USCA01 standard universal backboard
Specialized for conventional analog/digital signals, with a maximum total power supply of 1.3A, SIL3 machine level, suitable for ordinary non explosion proof field modules.
2. CC-UGIA01 intrinsically safe explosion-proof isolation backplate
Specially designed to provide UGAI/UGAO/UGDA intrinsically safe isolation barrier modules for hazardous areas, carrying explosion-proof signal circuits.
3. FC-USCA01 high current and high load backplane
Maximum 16A total output current, compatible with FC-UDOF01 high-power relay output module, driving high load solenoid valves and actuators.
(2) Full range of single channel plug-in adapter modules (14 models in total, divided into two categories: ordinary type and intrinsic safety isolation type)
All modules have a thickness of only 10mm and are installed without screws or buckles. They come with mechanical anti misoperation and anti misoperation interfaces, and operate at a uniform temperature of -40~+70 ℃. They are IP20 protected and UL V0 flame-retardant, and are divided into six categories: analog input, analog output, digital input, digital output, NAMUR proximity switch, and intrinsic safety isolation barrier.
1. Direct adaptation CC-UPTA01
– SIL3, Passive without power supply;
-2-wire AI/AO/DI/DO direct connection, compatible with HART signals;
-Only for disconnection and safety transfer, without isolation or signal conditioning.
2. Digital input module
FC-UDI501 (SIL3): Built in 5K terminal resistor, compatible with 24V digital input without EOL diagnosis, passive without power supply;
2. FC-UIR501 (SIL1): Relay isolation DI+5K resistor, on-site circuit power supply, with status LED;
3. FC-UDR01 (SIL3): Fully isolated relay digital input, 1500V isolation, active power supply, green status indicator light;
3. Digital output relay module
FC-UDOR01 (SIL3) standard relay DO, single channel maximum 1A resistive load, isolated 1500V, status LED;
2. FC-UDOF01 (SIL2) high-power F&G output: compatible with FC-USCA01 high current backplane, single channel maximum 2A, with cable break/short circuit diagnosis, dual power supply+status LED;
4. Analog input (4-20mA HART)
1. FC-UAIA01 (SIL3) three wire source transmitter power supply, supports HART, with loop PTC protection, status LED;
2. FC-UAIS01 (SIL2) two-wire input, transparent wire breakage detection, compatible with HART.
5. NAMUR proximity switch dedicated DI
FC-UDN01 (SIL2) standard NAMUR sensor input, powered by 8V circuit;
2. FC-UDNS01 (SIL2) safety type NAMUR, 715 Ω standard NAMUR circuit resistance.
6. Intrinsic safety explosion-proof isolation barrier module (equipped with CC-UGIA01 backplane, SIL2, Zone2/Class1 Div2 explosion-proof)
All three electrical isolation circuits (system/power/hazardous side), polarity reverse protection, transparent reporting of wire breakage faults, supporting HART:
FC-UGAI01 intrinsic safety analog input 4-20mA: 20mA circuit, maximum 16V driving voltage;
FC-UGAO01 intrinsic safety analog output 4-20mA, maximum 650 Ω load;
3. FC-UGDA01 Universal Intrinsic Safety Digital IO: automatically adapts to NAMUR/dry contact DI, solenoid valve DO, high and low current dial switching, dual color LED status;
(3) SIC system interconnection cable FC-SCI5xxx
37 pin DB double ended shielded cable, used to connect UMS backplane (CC-USCA/CC-UGIA) and DCS/SIS side IOTA base; The number at the end of the model represents the length (in decimeters), with specifications ranging from 0.5m to 30m, to meet different cabinet wiring distances.
