Output sub assembly

Including F10-F20; F25~F41‑F51； F60； F70-F80-F90 Explosion Assembly Diagram for Four Groups:

H/NH version: Hollow output shaft; R/NR version: Solid output shaft;

The parts list includes: housing, end cover, gasket, output shaft, large and small gears, bearings (tapered roller bearings, deep groove ball bearings), oil seals, retaining rings, flat keys, washers, screws, protective covers, etc;

Each machine base is individually provided with bearing model, oil seal size, flat key specification, bolt specification and size.

QF-NQF (Hollow Shaft Expansion Disk) Module

Hollow output shaft+bushing+shrink disc assembly;

Provide two sets of shaft diameter specifications, metric mm and imperial inch, suitable for direct assembly of customer drive shafts;

The parts are not drawn and are compatible with the H-NH hollow shaft version.

AL/AR optional anti run back device

AL/AR is a one-way check device that prevents load reversal and is commonly used for lifting and conveying equipment.

Cover machine base: F31, F41, F51, F60, F70, F80, F90;

Explosion view: backstop support seat, liner, roller backstop unit, retaining ring, positioning key, fastening screw;

Assembly mandatory requirement: Loctite 243 thread sealant or equivalent substitute product must be used for threads;

The table provides the corresponding model, bolt specification, and key size of the backstop for each machine base.

Additional gear module (4-stage reduction unit)

Used to achieve a 4-stage deceleration by superimposing a gear pair on the 2/3-stage main body.

Applicable models: F20‑3，F25‑4，F31‑4，F41‑4，F51‑4，F60‑4，F70‑4，F80‑4，F90‑4；

Parts: Small gears, large gears, bearings, gaskets, end caps, bolts, seals;

A complete list of bearing models, seals, and fasteners corresponding to each machine base.

S05-S5 Compact Motor Interface Module

Compatible with compact S-series motor input interface; The explosion view includes flanges, input small gears, oil seals, seals, bolts, corresponding to different machine base selection tables.

Expansion tank (F70-3/4; F80-3/4; F90-3/4)

High power and large machine base operation result in significant changes in oil temperature, compensating for changes in oil volume inside the gearbox.

Components: Expansion box, end cover, elbow rotary joint, perforated screw, sealing gasket USIT;

Assembly requirements: Use Loctite 574 sealant or equivalent on the joint surface;

List of specifications for bolts and seals of each machine base.

P (IEC) input module

Compatible with IEC standard motor flanges: P63~P250;

Components: input flange, input shaft, small gear, various bearings, oil seals, spacers, bolts, O-rings;

Distinguish three sets of exploded diagrams for small machine bases (P63-P132), medium and large machine bases (P160-P200), and large machine bases (P225-P250);

Table: Bearing models, oil seal sizes, bolt specifications, and washers corresponding to each machine base motor base combination.

N (NEMA) input module

Suitable for NEMA motors N56C~N320TC;

SK-SC Input Module (Hydraulic Motor Interface)

SK/SC hydraulic motor input flange; Complete disassembly diagram, specifications for bearings, seals, and bolts.

​HS-NHS Solid Input Shaft Module

Solid input shaft (without motor flange, customer provided drive); Multiple explosion views covering all F10~F90 machine bases; List input shaft, gear, bearing, oil seal, spacer, and fastener parameters.
