Key issues

Question 1: How to configure the output mode and slope of Q45U? How to deal with echo loss separately?

Answer: Use DIP switch 2 to switch between 0~10V voltage (default) or 4~20mA current; Switch 1 is set to positive/negative slope. Echo loss is controlled by switch 3: OFF is in hold mode (holding the value before loss); ON is Min Max mode (output to maximum/minimum, determined by switch 4).

Question 2: What is the temperature compensation effect of the sensor? What are the differences in accuracy between different temperature ranges?

Answer: Equipped with fully automatic temperature compensation; Within the range of 0~50 ℃, the window limit position error is ≤ 1%; Within the temperature range of * * -25~+70 ℃, the error is ≤ 2.5%; Every 20 ℃ temperature change will cause a limit deviation of about 3.5% * *.

Question 3: What are the two programming methods for Q45U? What is the minimum detection window? How to handle programming failures?

Answer: Supports local programming with the top button and remote programming with the yellow line, both of which are interlocked. The minimum window width is 10mm. In programming, long press the button * *>2 seconds * * to cancel and restore the original parameters; When the limit value is invalid, it will automatically return to the first step and reprogram.
