Core product advantages
Direct insertion design, eliminating the need for terminal boards: modules can be directly connected to the native interface of servo drives, reducing intermediate wiring components and minimizing cabinet space occupation;
Minimalist cabling architecture: Modules are connected in series using only regular CAT5/CAT6 Ethernet cables, creating a Motionnet serial bus that supports up to 64 single axis module cascades;
No upper limit of pulse frequency: bus digital instruction transmission, not limited by traditional pulse output frequency hardware;
High speed bus real-time performance: When the bus speed is 20Mbps, the full 64 axis scanning cycle is only 0.97ms, with excellent real-time performance;
Complete motion curve support: built-in T-curve and S-shaped acceleration and deceleration motion algorithms;
Multi axis point control friendly: very suitable for multi station PTP point to positioning scenarios.
Universal hardware specifications (unified for all models)

Definition of onboard connector pins
The module includes 3 sets of interfaces CN1/CN2/CN3:
1 CN1, CN2: Motionnet bus RJ45 class serial port (RS485 differential bus)
Used for module level networking, achieving hand in hand multi node series connection:
RS485+differential data positive
RS485- Differential Data Negative
FG equipment framework grounding
2 CN3: Universal limit, trigger, IO terminal (10 pin spring terminal)
All single axis universal mechanical IO and comparison trigger signals, with clear distinction between bidirectional/input:
Pin Signal Name Signal Direction Function Description
1 PEL input positive hard limit
2 MEL input reverse hard limit
3 SD/CPP bidirectional deceleration input/position comparison output positive pole
4 ORG input origin sensor signal
5 EMGI input global emergency stop input
6 CPN output position comparison output negative pole (differential trigger)
7 24V power input external 24V power supply
8/9 GND Ground Power Common Ground
10 FG grounding machine shielding frame ground
Motionnet bus system capability
Maximum node capacity: A single bus can accommodate up to 64 single axis modules of this series, which means a maximum of 64 axis synchronous control;
Communication medium: standard CAT5/CAT5e/CAT6 Ethernet cable, differential RS485 half duplex transmission;
Real time scanning performance: The total scanning cycle of 64 axes at full speed of 20Mbps is only 0.97ms, meeting the requirements of high-speed multi axis synchronization;
Topology: Multi node hand-in-hand series cascading without the need for star wiring.
Sports functional characteristics
Point to point motion (PTP): supports relative/absolute positioning, suitable for multi station movement on assembly lines;
Acceleration and deceleration profile: There are two modes to choose from: trapezoidal linear acceleration and deceleration, and smooth S-shaped acceleration and deceleration to reduce mechanical impact;
Built in position comparison output (CPP/CPN differential): capable of outputting synchronous trigger pulses, compatible with cameras and light sources;
Complete limit logic: hardware acquisition of positive and negative hard limit PEL/MEL, origin ORG, deceleration SD, and hardware emergency stop EMGI.
Applicable scenarios
Multi axis assembly line automation, material handling equipment, multi station positioning equipment, small multi axis processing platform, matched with corresponding brand servo drives to quickly build a distributed motion system, with less wiring and more flexible expansion compared to traditional PCI pulse card solutions.
