Product Overview and Core Positioning

The MXE-5400 is the fourth generation Intel Haswell Core quad core fanless compact industrial control host launched by Linghua. It features high-performance, low-power consumption, wide temperature reinforcement, video image processing, remote security management, and multi interface expansion. It is designed for harsh environments such as industrial, automotive, security, and transportation, and continues the Matrix E series cable free, high anti vibration mechanical architecture. The entire machine has undergone rigorous industrial reliability testing.

Equipped with 4th generation Core i7/i5/i3 embedded processors, paired with Intel QM87 chipset;

Support Intel Quick Sync video hard coding and decoding, combined with Linghua MSDK+tool, greatly improving the efficiency of image and video business processing;

Up to three independent outputs (DVI-I+2 channels of DisplayPort), meeting the needs of multi screen monitoring and in car multi screen.

Enterprise level security and remote management

Native support for Intel vPro suite: iAMT 9.0, TPM 1.2 trusted encryption, TXT trusted execution, Intel VT virtualization;

Built in Linghua’s self-developed SEMA 2.2 intelligent embedded management agent, capable of real-time remote monitoring of system status, hardware health, encrypted channel remote control, and full scheduling of system resources.

Rich IO and wireless expansion

Standard configuration includes multiple network ports, serial ports, high-speed USB, isolated digital IO, and audio;

Dual mPCIe expansion slots (one of which can be switched to mSATA solid-state via jumper), paired with a USIM card slot, can expand WiFi/Bluetooth/3G/GPS wireless communication;

Industrial reinforcement wide temperature fanless design

Pure passive cooling fanless structure, standard wide temperature version supports stable operation at sub zero temperatures;

No cable internal structure, high resistance to vibration/impact, wide voltage DC input, suitable for harsh working conditions in vehicles, outdoors, and production lines.
