The core technology route is divided into two categories: In Situ in-situ direct insertion type (without sampling preprocessing, probe directly inserted into the flue) and Extractive extraction type (OXITEC 500E, requiring sampling preprocessing system).

Overview of Enterprise and Technology

Origin and Development: Originated from OXITEC oxygen analyzer zirconia sensor; Self developed manufacturing process, sensor resistant to high dust and corrosive smoke (such as SO ₂), equipped with MLT porous protective layer to protect the electrode; Further expansion of COe (equivalent combustible gas, CO、 MXP sensing technology for mixed potentials of hydrocarbons and H ₂.

Core technological advantages

In situ measurement: The probe is directly inserted into the process flue gas, capturing small changes in the composition of the flue gas within a few seconds; Support manual/automatic on-site calibration;

1. OXITEC ®  Series – Oxygen Analyzer

OXITEC 5000 (in-situ type)

Divided into ordinary safe zone version and GasEx explosion-proof version.

Measurement principle: ZrO ₂ zirconia; Two groups can freely configure the oxygen range (0-2~0-25 Vol%);

SafeArea version: The maximum continuous temperature of process flue gas is 600-800 ℃; Equipped with cooling protection sleeve, it can reach 1400 ℃ in a short time; Probe length 493-3689 mm (SS316TI stainless steel); Probe IP65, electronic unit IP66; Used for combustion control and CEMS emission monitoring.

GasEx explosion-proof version (ATEX II 2G Ex db IIC T3 Gb): used in ATEX 1/2 hazardous gas areas; Continuous maximum temperature of 500 ℃, short-term cooling jacket temperature of 1400 ℃; Probe length 464/924 mm, IP66.

OXITEC 500E (Extractive, as introduced in the previous document)

19 inch 4U rack mounted, IP20; Zirconia principle; A sampling preprocessing system is required; Suitable for installation inside CEM cabinets.

ENSITU ® 7000 in-situ oxygen transmitter probe

Plug and play O ₂ analyzer, no need for continuous reference air supply; The controller can be installed separately, with a maximum distance of 50 meters;

Complete calibration, troubleshooting, and download history through the ENOTEC Remote App on mobile/tablet devices;

The maximum temperature of process flue gas is 600 ℃; Probe material SS316TI, length 313-993mm; probe IP65, electronic unit IP66; Range: Two sets of 0-2~0-25 Vol%; Targeting boilers and industrial furnaces.

2. AQUATEC ® 1000 in-situ O ₂/H ₂ O oxygen moisture analyzer

Principle: By measuring the oxygen concentration in situ before and after drying, the H ₂ O content of flue gas water vapor can be converted;

Application: Drying processes for gypsum, tobacco, etc., shorten drying cycles, save energy, and accurately control residual moisture content;

Process temperature: up to 200 ℃ for activated carbon filters and up to 400 ℃ for ceramic filters; The probe has a maximum length of 615 mm;

Measurement: O ₂ two sets of ranges, H ₂ O: 0-100%; Probe IP65, electronic unit IP66.

3. COMTEC ®  Series – O ₂+COe (oxygen+equivalent combustible gas) in-situ analyzer

COe=the sum of CO+C ₓ H ᵧ+H ₂; Combining O ₂ and COe to determine combustion conditions; Simultaneously low O ₂ and COe=optimal combustion; High COe represents incomplete combustion.

COMTEC 6000 SafeArea

ZrO ₂ oxygen measurement, MXP COe measurement; COe range 0-5000 ppm; The maximum continuous temperature for the process is 500 ° C, and the cooling sleeve can reach 1400 ° C for a short period of time; Probe 440-1820mm; probe IP65, electronic unit IP66.

COMTEC 6000 GasEx (Gas Explosion proof ATEX Zone 1/2)

Explosion proof level II 2G Ex db IIC T3 Gb; Continuous 500 ℃; COe:0‑5000 ppm; IP66 explosion-proof complete set.

COMTEC 6000 DustEx (Dust Explosion proof ATEX21/22 Zone)

Used in explosive dust environments; Explosion proof II 2D Ex tb IIIC T133 ℃/141 ℃ Db; maximum process temperature is 600 ℃.

COMTEC explosion-proof product highlights: truly meeting ATEX certification under process conditions, without the need for blowing unit assistance; Simultaneously measure O ₂+COe in situ without the need for sampling.

4. SILOTEC ® 8000 silo dedicated O ₂/COe monitoring analyzer

Specially used for safety monitoring of silos (ATEX Zone 20) with explosion risks such as coal and biomass;

Function: O ₂ monitoring the inerting status of silos; COe detection provides early warning of smoldering fire and can be linked to silo inerting protection;

The probe is installed on the top of the silo, and the controller is arranged on the ground for easy maintenance; Equipped with self-monitoring and automatic backwash cleaning for filter blockage;

Probe insertion length 500   mm, SS316TI stainless steel; The O ₂ and COe ranges are the same as the COMTEC series; Probe and controller IP66.

5. CEMTEC ®  Special probe system for high temperature and wet flue gas in cement kiln

Facing harsh working conditions of cement rotary kilns: high temperature, extremely high dust (up to 2000 g/m ³), and process temperature up to 1400 ℃;

Core objective: Continuously monitor O ₂ and CO in the kiln, optimize combustion, improve clinker production and quality, and reduce NO ₓ and CO emissions; Dealing with fluctuations in calorific value of RDF derived fuels;

Full pneumatic drive system: automatic insertion and extraction probe for 2-ton thrust pneumatic mechanism; The 700 Nm pneumatic rotary actuator prevents the probe from coking and getting stuck; Clean the air inlet of the pneumatic plunger mechanism; 1000L buffer gas storage tank; Automatic retraction protection of the probe in case of power failure/abnormal cooling; Periodic blasting and blowing to remove filter dust accumulation;

The equipment has an annual maintenance cycle, and the system availability can reach 95%; Support water cooling/wind water mixed cooling; The maximum insertion depth is 4.5 meters, and it has UL and SA certification.
