ENOTEC OXITEC ® 500E Extraction Oxygen Analyzer

Product Overview

Equipment form: 19 inch 4U rack mounted analyzer, compatible with CEM continuous emission monitoring cabinet.

Measurement principle: zirconia ZrO ₂ sensor uses the same sensing technology as the mature OXITEC 5000 in-situ oxygen analyzer; Configure microprocessor and graphical human-machine interface.

Measurement capability: Equipped with a sampling preprocessing system, it can measure wet/dry flue gas, sample gas, and steam, with a minimum detection limit of oxygen content less than 1 ppm.

Typical application scenarios

Smoke emission monitoring CEM;

Inert gas monitoring (detection of trace oxygen in nitrogen and water vapor);

Air separation process;

Food production, monitoring of trace oxygen quality under carbon dioxide atmosphere;

Closed loop control of combustion process.

Core advantages: high measurement accuracy, extremely low detection limit; Fast response speed (<1s); Support two-point calibration; Can quickly respond to changes in process gases and achieve real-time combustion regulation; Equipped with calibration history, sensor remaining life display, and self-monitoring function; The airtight sensor structure has a long service life.

Hardware interface and output

Analog output: Oxygen measurement value, 0/4-20 mA active output, electrically isolated DC.

Digital relay output (relay contacts): fault status, maintenance reminder, range switching, measurement limit 1, measurement limit 2; Maximum 24V AC/DC, maximum 1A resistive load.

Digital input: Optocoupler isolated DC input, used for external range selection; 0-24 VDC.

Communication: Standard basic communication; Optional HART and Fieldbus Foundation fieldbus; RS232/RS485 interface.
