Power range: Peak output current 10A-150A, maximum DC bus 320VDC; Supports two-phase/three-phase AC input or DC input, with CE certification.

Control core: high-performance DSP, current loop, servo loop sampling update rate up to 20kHz; Supports two hardware architectures: PWM power level and linear power level.

Feedback support: encoder, rotary transformer feedback; Optional onboard encoder multiplier reduces external wiring.

IO and functions: digital and analog IO; supports PSO position synchronization output (laser triggered), brake relay, emergency stop ESTOP; Some models can be equipped with an independent power supply to achieve power-off operation; HP/HL can expand Ethernet to interface with third-party IO modules.

The Ndrive MP PWM pulse width modulation DC input series has the smallest volume, ultra-thin and compact design, and is used for devices with extremely limited space; Only DC bus power supply

Addendum: HP and HL support dual axis, three-axis PSO, and Ethernet; CP/CL/MP only supports single axis PSO and does not have a native Ethernet interface.

3. PSO position synchronization output

HP/HL: Supports single axis, dual axis DUALPSO, and three-axis TRIPLEPSO;

CP/CL: Single axis PSO only;

MP requires IO option to enable PSO;

There is also a PSOPTO2/3/4 optocoupler isolation option for PSO output level isolation conversion.

Main electrical specifications and key points

The maximum update rate of the current loop is 20kHz; Servo loop 1-20kHz software selectable bandwidth.

Working temperature: 0~50 ℃. three Encoder input: Supports sine analog encoder and TTL square wave encoder; Onboard encoder multiplier: HP/HL supports x 2048, CP/CL/MP (MXU) supports x 1024.

HP series busbar: 10-320VDC; HL：±40V / ±80VDC； MP：10‑80VDC。

Split resistor option – S built-in split resistor; High power HP50/75/100 supports EXTSHUNT external splitter; The fan and three-phase input are optional configurations for the HP series, but HL does not support them.
